Paddling Safely on Taunton Bay (and Elsewhere)

Nick Noyes and Catherine Fox (experienced paddlers) will discuss and demonstrate: boat safety features to look for; safety equipment to purchase/use; and how to safely transport canoes/ kayaks to and from vehicles to the water. Rescue tips and “typical“ kayak trips on Taunton Bay considering tide changes, currents, wind, and mud flats will also be provided.
